The PFMC East Piano Competition was held April 13, 2024 at Asbury United Methodist Church in Allentown, PA. It was well attended with 21 participants in 10 categories.
The event was organized by Darlene Zeigler, PFMC East Chair, assisted by Susan Kuntz, Darlene Sydlik, Sue Stillo, and April Pellegrini on event day. The judges were Dr. Martha Schrempel, Karen El-Chaar, and John Beitler, all professional musicians, professors, and teachers.
The East winners will have the opportunity to face-off with the winners of PFMC West and Central Regions at Trachte Music Center on the campus of Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA on April 27, 2024, for Piano Solo Level Overall Winner, prizes, and other awards. Congratulations to all!
